Gwen McGarry Interview – Episode 146

Gwen Anderson Jacobson McGarry was born and raised in central Utah. Gwen was active in community affairs and was the first woman elected to the Ephraim City Council where she served 12 years.  She was a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician and rode the ambulance for 12 years, co-coordinated and taught the EMT Courses for 7 years and served on the Board of Trustees for 12 years at Snow College. Gwen has written three published works,” A History of the Bank of Ephraim,”  a short story of her pioneer great-grand parents entitled, “Another New Day “and her latest book, “I Am Coming Home.” She lives in Ephraim, Utah, where she writes family histories, and enjoys visits from children, grand-children and great-grand-children.

Robert Goble Interview – Episode 139

If you don’t happen to see Robert Goble on his evening walk with a good book in his hand, just follow the sound of great rock and roll, and you’ll find him either working in the yard while listening to old tapes, or somewhere else playing his guitar too loud. Robert is a karate teacher, and family man.
